Subject :FRCC – Coordinator, College Information & Visit Services (Longmont & Westminster)
Front Range Community College is looking for two Coordinators for our College Information & Visit Services. One position will be located at our Boulder County Campus in Longmont and one position will be located at our Westminster Campus.
The Coordinators for our College Information & Visit Services will manage their campus specific College Information Center (CIC). This position serves as the main contact for the Admissions, Recruitment and Orientation department and manages full-time, part-time and student staff at the Welcome Center desk and within the campus Call Center. This person provides leadership to the CIC team as they answer the college/campus phone lines, administer call campaigns to prospective students, greet everyone who enters the college at the Welcome Desk, and coordinate timely responses to email inquiries about the college, college programs, and application/enrollment steps. The Coordinator also provides support for admissions events and activities, such as: campus tours, orientation sessions, open houses, etc. For more information about these positions, please refer to the campus specific job postings.
