Associate Membership Eligibility

Membership may be extended to interested organizations or individuals representing Colorado-based organizations that: 

  • Foster and encourage volunteer cooperation between collegiate institutions, secondary schools, organizations and individuals who promote higher education within the State of Colorado
  • Promote ethical standards of conduct in the relationships of personnel in both collegiate institutions and secondary schools
  • Have a vested interest in providing or encouraging educational opportunities such as free scholarship access, educational skill development, information and resources about higher education and professional development
  • Must agree to abide by the NACAC’s Guide to Ethical Practice in College Admission, as adopted by the Council.

Membership Categories and Annual Dues

High School Memberships

  • Small High School500 students or less ($55 annual dues)

  • Medium High School501-1499 students ($75 annual dues)

  • Large High Schoolmore than 1500 students ($100 annual dues)

College/University Memberships 

  • Nonprofit college/university/vocational-technical schools that operates a campus in Colorado, offering Associate's level degrees or higher ($325 annual dues)

Associate Memberships 

  • Individualincludes retirees ($30 annual dues)

  • Colorado NonprofitOrganizations where the goal is to assist students in the transition out of High School ($50 annual dues)

  • Colorado NonprofitOrganizations where the goal is to assist students in the transition into College/University ($75 annual dues)

  • For-Profit Organizations and Nonprofit National/Out-of-State Organizationsincludes out of state colleges with Colorado based regional reps ($250 annual dues)

Graduate Student 

Currently in a Master's level program for School Counseling, Teacher Education, Student Affairs, or a similar program (free membership)
