Colorado State is excited to search for our next Assistant Director of Regional Recruitment!
In this, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive recruitment plan for the Office of Admissions primarily focused on recruiting first year and transfer students from outside the state of Colorado.
This position will also participate in foundational admissions and enrollment management-related activities. It's ideal for professionals looking to grow in a supervisory role, develop an effective regionally based recruitment team, and use previous sales or recruitment experience to manage a territory and develop new markets. While this position is likely to be based on campus, it has the flexibility to be fully remote and based in a regional market for an exceptional candidate.
Salary range is $55-60k.
