Under the direction of the Director of Recruitment, the Senior Bilingual Enrollment Coach (Bilingual Enrollment Coach II) is a key member of the Enrollment Management team. The position provides support to the Director of Recruitment as well as directly supervises two Enrollment Coaches. Senior Enrollment Coaches are responsible to help lead the enrollment plan through data-driven decision-making and strategy as well as maintaining and managing a student territory. Territory management includes supporting all students regarding their enrollment at Aims Community College through a streamlined student services experience, from recruitment to registration.
