The Colorado Water Conservation Board is pleased to administer the Diane Hoppe Memorial Scholarship.
The award is a one-year scholarship in the amount of $2,000 for a Colorado high school student interested in western water issues planning to attend a public institution of higher education in Colorado.
The deadline to apply is March 16, 2020.
