FINAL WEEEK. Positive Athlete nominations of high-character high school student-athletes who demonstrate leadership, resilience, and service close April 15. Any sport (school sanctioned or club), grades 9-12, boys and girls. Any adult (athletic director, coach, teacher, guidance counselors, parent) may nominate through a FREE process that takes as little as five minutes. No limit on the number of nominations. 97% of Positive Athlete nominees feel more confident and inspired after being recognized. CO nominees are eligible for 28 state awards, seven state level scholarships totaling $13K and $25K in national scholarships. All nominees receive free, lifelong access to character, leadership, and career development resources. Nominations are also accepted for coaches, athletic directors and athletic trainers.
