The Recruitment and Admissions Specialist is responsible for recruiting prospective students and providing admissions counseling for enrollment at Pikes Peak Community College. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increased need to provide remote/virtual student services as well replacing large group in-person experiences with small-group or individual services. The Specialist will meet this increased demand for the Recruitment team. Recruitment and Admissions Specialists build awareness about the college, academic programs offered at the college, and provide detailed information about the college's enrollment process. The Specialist develops and implements virtual, remote, and in-person plans for outreach in high schools, the community, college fairs, and on campus recruitment programs. As permitted by local health guidelines, outreach may require travel throughout the region. The Specialist must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends for recruitment programming. Recruitment and Admissions Specialists work as a team within Student Services to support the mission of Pikes Peak Community College.
