Subject :Pikes Peak Community College - Enrollment Services Communication Specialist
The Enrollment Services Communications Specialist for SMS for Pikes Peak Community College is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing SMS communication for prospective and current students, including operational aspects of software setup and usage. Student demand for and the college’s need to deliver broader, deeper, more effective, and more efficient use of SMS, especially in automated formats, is a direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This position works closely with other college departments to assist with the uniform, timely, and accurate distribution of communications to prospective and current students. This position is responsible for maintaining the college’s primary text message system, Signal Vine, other communication software, and enrollment-related web pages and online tools. This position will demonstrate experience in supporting and developing SMS communications, workflow creation, report generation, and website maintenance.
This is a grant-funded assignment with a projected end date of June 30, 2022, renewal based upon available funds.
