The Assistant Director for Admission and Recruitment is a performance-driven admissions professional responsible for recruiting, influencing, and converting prospective students into enrolled students at Fort Lewis College. This position exists to actively manage a defined recruitment pipeline and drive application, yield, and enrollment outcomes through proactive outreach and consultative enrollment practices. The role is highly goal-oriented and requires accountability to clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining ethical, student-centered recruitment aligned with the mission of Fort Lewis College.
