The Enrollment Management (EM) department is directly responsible for the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students at Aims Community College. The EM team includes Recruitment and the Campus Experience Team including the Student Station and the Main Aims Line Call Center with the oversight of recruiting and onboarding students through events, visits, orientation, and on-campus support.

The Campus Experience Coordinator - Campus Events is responsible for planning, evaluating, and executing the following events; College for Kids, College for Kids Annual Reunion, and Aims Futures. This position also supports the rest of the Campus Experience Team in the planning and execution of other campus events/activities. In addition to oversight of campus events, this position is also responsible for assisting with oversight of front desk operations, answering Chatbot questions, monitoring the call center queue, answering the Admissions email inbox as well as creating monthly call log reports.
