The Colorado Department of Education implementation of SB 08-212, better known as CAP4K, requires CDE to make periodic reports to the legislature about their progress in implementing CAP4K. This is the first such report. It contains a variety of useful information, including a schedule of remaining "regional meetings" co-convened by CDE and the Department of Higher Education.
