This position reports directly to the Executive Dean of Enrollment Management. The Director of Admissions, Recruitment and Outreach is responsible for leading, planning, oversight, execution, recruitment, on-boarding, and promotion interactions within the ARO Office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading Community College of Denver’s ongoing outreach efforts with Colorado and International community members; disseminating information to the general public, as well as, the oversight and management of the new student enrollment funnels throughout the college, all the enrollment communications (including the call center), and on-boarding of all students, both traditional CCD students and special constituency cohort-groups of students, in order to meet the college goals set forth in the college’s Enrollment Management Plan and Strategic Plan; using extensive data analysis of current and past enrollment trends to set recruitment and enrollment goals for recruitment, orientation, outreach and student contact management events and determining the appropriate type of programming required based on prospective student and client needs; building bridges within Colorado and the international community, as well as other internal and external constituents; overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotion of the college to the general public; managing the department budget; and supervising and mentoring professional and part-time staff.
