Some of the Council subcommittees hold regular meetings during parts of the year at locations convenient to the subcommittee members to conduct business. Others hold meetings on an ad hoc basis when the chair has issues or activities that require the group come together. Business with other subcommittees might be conducted entirely via phone calls or emails.
